If I were a character in a story. . .
I’d have said it was time for the story to end, even though I’ve lead an exciting life. I’ve been diving for treasure, thrown in a military jail for trying to overthrow the Venezuelan Government, and have recently been living in the gorgeous Caymen Islands. I think I’ve finally found my compass in life. She’ll make my life worth writing a new chapter. Have you ever felt that all was lost, and then met your compass?

It is fantastic isn't it? To finally find someone who you care about and who truly cares about you as a person. I am very happy for you and I hope all goes well. Stay out of trouble for a bit I am sure your partner doesn't want you thrown in prison again.
Wow I'd love to sail away with you - too bad u r taken. That gorgeous water. amazing.
i think it is important for the human soul to have someone to share your life with and every aspect of it. I dont believe the soul is meant to be alone. I had a love and lost him to my own insecurities so it is also important to find that person and know how to take care of it, but it is a beautiful thing and I am happy for you ! :]
Sailing sounds like such an incredible experience! I hope to one day do some activities on the ocean. I feel the water is a very calming element. My mind and body feels so free when I'm on the water.
Yea, sailing seems so relaxing. It seems like it would put things in perspective. You could forget about the pointless stresses in your life and just come face to face with the rest of the world and where you fit in to it.
I love sailing for that exact reason, rawmoon and tiffany! It's like every problem in the world falls away into nothingness.
Yes I have. My husband, or so I thought. Since then, I've realized that I need to be my own compass.
Eduardo, a very smart person once told me when you find the love of your life give them all but a little piece of your heart. Because if you give them all of your heart and they end up stealing it then you have nothing left for yourself. Keep that little piece for yourself because you never know when you might need it.
The problem is we seems to be constantly surrounded by magnets, which pretty much make the compass worthless.
